Las Palmas Capital LLC (Collectively “Las Palmas” or “LPC”) is a private real estate investment company that acts as the General Partner (“GP”)/ Sponsor, and or Co-General Partner (“Co-GP”) with best-in-class affiliate partners, focused on the Acquisition, Investment, Repositioning, and Management of existing apartment communities within the Southeastern United States.

Las Palmas Capital LLC focuses on acquiring communities direct from other ownership groups to facilitate highly favorable economics to its investors, focusing on acquisitions of $10,000,000 to $150,000,000 utilizing a variety of capital sources and investment partners or Limited Partners (“LPs”).

In 2020, Cameron launched the firm as a full-time venture basing the operations out of the Charleston, South Carolina MSA in Mount Pleasant. At the end of 2021, the firm relocated to Miami, Florida.
